The award-winning hotel is one of the country’s leaders in green hospitality infrastructure and services and has created this environmentally conscious package to invite guests to green their stay by the beach.
Shore Hotel’s commitment to the environment spans a wide spectrum of features and amenities including utilizing recycled building materials, offering a Green Concierge service to all guests, and implementing energy-efficient and state-of-the-art technologies. During the month of April, guests who book the Go Green by the Shore package will enjoy an eco-friendly weekend getaway at Shore Hotel with overnight accommodations, Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s hybrid or electric car rental, and bike rentals. Upon arrival, guests will receive a Forget-me-not flower and Santa Monica Farmers’ Market Cookbook. Additionally, guests will experience dinner in a natural setting with organic cuisine at the Inn of the Seventh Ray.
Shore Hotel’s Green Concierge services are available to all guests. Shore Hotel’s Green Concierge can suggest a list of walking tours, surf lessons or yoga classes, and spa appointments at holistic Tikkun Spa.
Additionally, during the month of April, Shore Hotel will donate a $1 to Surfrider Foundation for every Green Screen e-postcard taken at the hotel. Guests are encouraged to take a picture using the touchscreen kiosk to send e-postcards via e-mail or posted to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
